DAURA GOLD ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Daura Gold Corp. has granted a total of 3,355,000 incentive stock options to certain of its executive officers, directors and key consultants in accordance with the company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 35 cents per share, being the closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on Dec. 2, 2025. The options will vest and become exercisable in equal quarterly tranches every three months from the grant date, and will expire on Dec. 2, 2030.
