DIVIDEND 15 SPLIT CORP. ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL OVERNIGHT OFFERING OF PREFERRED SHARES
Dividend 15 Split Corp. has completed the overnight marketing of preferred shares of the company. Total gross proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $142.6-million.
The offering is being led by National Bank Financial Inc.
The sales period of this overnight offering has now ended.
The offering is expected to close on or about Jan. 23, 2026, and is subject to certain closing conditions, including approval by the Toronto Stock Exchange.
The preferred shares are being offered at a price of $10.45 per preferred share.
The closing price on the TSX of the preferred shares on Jan. 15, 2026, was $10.53.
The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company to invest in an actively managed, high-quality portfolio consisting of dividend-yielding Canadian companies as follows:

The company's preferred share investment objectives are to:

Provide holders with fixed, cumulative preferential monthly cash dividends in the amount of 7.00 per cent annually based on original $10 issue price;

On or about the termination date, currently Dec. 1, 2029 (subject to further five-year extensions and it has been extended in the past), to pay holders the original $10 issue price of those shares.
