DIVIDEND 15 SPLIT CORP. MONTHLY DIVIDEND DECLARATION FOR CLASS A & PREFERRED SHARE

Dividend 15 Split Corp. has declared its monthly distributions of 10 cents for each Class A share ($1.20 annualized) and 4.583 cents for each preferred share (55 cents annually). Distributions are payable Feb. 9, 2024, to shareholders on record as at Jan. 31, 2024.

Since inception, Class A shareholders have received a total of $26.50 per share and preferred shareholders have received a total of $10.54 per share, inclusive of these distributions, for a combined total of $37.04.
