ALMADEX ANNOUNCES SALE OF EL COBRE NSR ROYALTY

Almadex Minerals Ltd. has sold the 1.75-per-cent net smelter return royalty on the El Cobre project located in Veracruz, Mexico, to Minerales Criticos de Mexico SAPI de CV, a private Mexican company, for $500,000 (U.S.) plus applicable taxes.
