LAS VEGAS, Feb. 11, 2016 /PRNewswire/ - DEQ Systems Corp. (TSXV: DEQ), a leading provider of Proprietary Table Games, Table Game Systems and Table Game Linking Solutions, has named Mr. Charles ("Chuck") Meredith as its new Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective February 8, 2016, subject to regulatory approval.  Mr. Meredith will be based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Before joining DEQ, for the past 11 years Mr. Meredith has worked as an Assistant General Counsel for Sands China Limited, a subsidiary of Las Vegas Sands Corporation, in Macau on some of the world's largest integrated resort developments including the Sands & Venetian Macau and Marina Bay Sands.  He was also the Head of Legal for The Ho Tram Project Company Limited in Southern Vietnam.  Prior to his international role, Mr. Meredith worked for the Nevada Attorney General's Office representing the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Nevada Gaming Commission, as well as other state agencies.  He holds his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, and received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the California State University in Sacramento.  Mr. Meredith is licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada, and is also admitted to the U.S. District Court of Nevada, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
