FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PLAYGON GAMES ANNOUNCES RENEWAL OF ONTARIO GAMING REGISTRATION
Vancouver, British Columbia Sept 3, 2026 Playgon Games Inc. (TSXV: DEAL) (OTCQB: PLGNF)
(Frankfurt: 7CR) ("Playgon" or the "Company"), a SaaS technology company delivering innovative live
dealer and iGaming technology to online operators globally, is pleased to announce that the Alcohol and
Gaming Commission of Ontario ("AGCO") has renewed the Company's Gaming-Related Supplier
registration for an additional one-year term.
The renewal enables Playgon to supply its approved technology and gaming content to eligible licensed
iGaming operators in Ontario and provides an important regulatory foundation for the Company as it
advances its next-generation AI Dealer technology toward commercialization, subject to applicable
regulatory approvals and certification requirements.
Ontario represents an increasingly important market opportunity for Playgon's AI Dealer strategy. The
Province has established itself as one of North America's largest and fastest-growing regulated iGaming
jurisdictions, providing the Company with access to a sophisticated operator market that continues to
seek new technologies capable of increasing player engagement, reducing operating costs and
differentiating online casino offerings.
According to iGaming Ontario, for the twelve-month period from April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026,
Ontario's regulated iGaming market generated more than $103 billion in wagering activity and more
than $4.2 billion in gaming revenue. This compares to approximately $82.7 billion in wagers and $3.2
billion in gaming revenue during Ontario's third year of regulated operations, representing year-over-
year growth of approximately 25% in wagering activity and more than 30% in gaming revenue.
Of particular importance to Playgon's strategy, online casino continued to dominate Ontario's regulated
iGaming market, accounting for approximately 79% of total gaming revenue during the fourth year of
operations, representing approximately $3.4 billion in annual gaming revenue. This compares with
approximately $2.4 billion in online casino gaming revenue during Ontario's third year of operations,
demonstrating growth of approximately 40% year over year in the segment of the Ontario iGaming
market most directly aligned with Playgon's technology and AI Dealer strategy.
The continued expansion of Ontario's online casino market is particularly relevant to Playgon as the
Company prepares its AI Dealer product for commercial deployment.
