Vancouver - Discovery-Corp Enterprises Inc. (the "Company") (DCY-TSXV) announces that it has arranged a non-brokered p
--->rivate placement of 2,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of $0.08 per Unit for total gross proceeds of $160,000 (the "
--->Offering"). Each Unit will consist of one common share ("Share") and one share purchase warrant of the Company ("Warr
--->ant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional Share for a period of up to 24 months fro
--->m the closing date at an exercise price of $0.10 per Share.
The proceeds raised from the Offering will be used for working capital. There is no finder's fee being paid. All of th
--->e Units issued will be subject to a four-month hold period. The Offering is subject to the approval of the TSXV.
