Changes to the Board of Directors
SAN DIEGO, CA August 24, 2026 DCS (CSE: DCSI) a leading provider of information
technology solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) market, announced today that Mr. Mike Zhou has
resigned as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Mike Zhou tendered his resignation as a director
of the Company, effective August 17th, 2026.
Concurrently, the company has entered into a consulting agreement with MYZ Corporate Relations
Limited, a company controlled by Mr. Mike Zhou to continue to explore new business development
opportunities on behalf of DCS.
"We appreciate the time Mike has served on the board and look forward to working with him in the
future," said William Espley, CEO and Chairman of the Board.
DCS is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brent Fraser to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Fraser has over 15 years as a Co-owner and operations executive of two private event services
and marketing companies. "We look forward to working closely with Mr. Fraser in the continued
implementation of the previously stated business development plan of DCS."
