CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mike Zhou has resigned as a member of Direct Communication Solutions Inc.'s board of directors. Mr. Zhou tendered his resignation as a director of the company, effective Aug. 17, 2026.

Concurrently, the company has entered into a consulting agreement with MYZ Corporate Relations Ltd., a company controlled by Mr. Zhou, to continue to explore new business development opportunities on behalf of DCS.

"We appreciate the time Mike has served on the board and look forward to working with him in the future," said William Espley, chief executive officer and chairman of the board.

Direct Communication Solutions has appointed Brent Fraser to the board of directors.

Mr. Fraser has over 15 years as a co-owner and operations executive of two private event services and marketing companies. "We look forward to working closely with Mr. Fraser in the continued implementation of the previously stated business development plan of DCS."
