DCS APPOINTS NEW CEO AND DIRECTOR TO ALIGN WITH CORPORATE STRATEGY

William Espley has been appointed as interim chief executive officer of Direct Communication Solutions Inc., and Mike Zhou has been appointed as a member of its board of directors.

Mr. Espley will replace Chris Bursey, who tendered his resignation as the CEO to focus on his role as the founder of the company, effective Sept. 24, 2025.

Mr. Zhou will replace Mr. Bursey, who tendered his resignation as a director of the company, effective Sept. 24, 2025.

Mr. Bursey, with his new title as founder, fully intends to continue working with the company in his new role. With the above changes, Direct Communication continues to progress to meet future strategy development and the corporate governance requirements.
