DORE COPPER ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Vice-president, exploration, of Dore Copper Mining Corp. Sylvain Lepine, has resigned, effective March 1, 2024. Mr. Lepine has been appointed general manager of Nord du Quebec Investissement Minier (NQIM), a new regional institutional fund sponsored by SDBJ (Societe de developpement de la Baie-James) and ARBJ (Administration regionale Baie-James) that will mainly invest in mining exploration companies in the administrative region of Nord-du-Quebec. Mr. Lepine will remain a technical adviser to the company to ensure a smooth transition during the search for a new vice-president, exploration.

Ernest Mast, president and chief executive officer of Dore Copper, commented: "On behalf of the board, we would like to thank Sylvain for his leadership, dedication and contributions to the company and we wish him well in his new role at NQIM. During the period of management transition, Sylvain will remain a consultant to the company."
