DESJARDINS ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FINAL AMOUNTS FOR DESJARDINS ETFS

Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc. (DGAM), acting as manager and portfolio adviser of the Desjardins exchange-traded funds (ETFs), has declared the December, 2023, final cash distribution amounts for the Desjardins ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Dec. 29, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable in respect of these ETFs on Jan. 8, 2024.

An attached table lists the Desjardins ETFs that will pay cash distributions for December, 2023, as well as the final distribution amounts per unit to be paid.
