DESJARDINS ANNOUNCES MAY 2023 CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR SOME ETFS

Desjardins Global Asset Management Inc., acting as manager and portfolio adviser for Desjardins exchange-traded funds, has declared May, 2023, cash distributions for some Desjardins ETFs listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on May 24, 2023, will receive cash distributions payable for these ETFs on May 31, 2023.

An attached table lists the Desjardins ETFs that will pay cash distributions for May, 2023, as well as the distribution amount per unit to be paid.
