Digital Asset Technologies Inc. Announces Change in Year-End

VANCOUVER, BC, July 31, 2026 - Digital Asset Technologies Inc. (CSE: DATT) (OTCPK: DGTEF) (FSE: 988) ("DATT" or the "Company"), announces it has changed its fiscal year-end from July 31 to October 31.

The Company is changing its year-end to better align its financial reporting cycle with its business operations and strategic planning processes.
