(TSXV: DAT.H) (the "Company"), a capital pool company, is pleased to announce that, following the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders, held on August 31, 2023, the shareholders of the Company approved all matters as presented, including the adoption of the Company's new incentive stock option plan (the "Option Plan"). The Option Plan was previously adopted by the board of directors on July 27, 2023. The total number of common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") reserved and available for grant and issuance under the Option Plan shall be a rolling number equal to 10% of the total issued and outstanding Common Shares from time to time. A summary of the Option Plan is contained in the Company's management information circular dated July 27, 2023, which is available under the Company's profile on SEDAR+. About the Company The Company has not commenced commercial operations and has no assets other than cash.
