Mr. Dean Bethune reports
DARELLE ONLINE SOLUTIONS INC. RECEIVES TSXV NOTICE REGARDING CONTINUED LISTING
REQUIREMENTS AND POTENTIAL TRANSFER TO NEX
Darelle Online Solutions Inc. has received a notice from the TSX Venture Exchange indicating that the company does not currently meet the
continued listing requirements (CLR) for a Tier 2 technology issuer, specifically with
respect to working capital.
Pursuant to TSX-V Policy 2.5, Section 3.2(b), the exchange has placed the
company on notice for a possible transfer of its listing from Tier 2 of the TSX-V to the NEX
board. The company has been provided a 90-day notice period, ending on June 20,
2025, to demonstrate that it meets all applicable Tier 2 CLR.
Should the company be unable to demonstrate compliance with the CLR by the
deadline, and does not submit evidence of a qualifying proposed transaction to the
satisfaction of the exchange, the company's listing will be transferred to the NEX board
without further notice.
In the interim, the company continues to assess its options and evaluate potential
strategies to address the deficiencies and to maintain its TSX-V Tier 2 listing. The
company is committed to working with the exchange to address the outstanding
matters within the prescribed timeline.
Further updates will be provided as developments occur.
