DARELLE ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL RESULTS

Vancouver, B.C. April 26, 2024 Darelle Online Solutions Inc. ("darelle" and/or the "Company") (TSXV: "DAR") today released its interim financial and operational results for the six-month period ended February 29, 2024.

Quarterly Financial Results

The Company generated revenue of $37,832 during the period compared with $20,756 during the same six month period in 2023. Revenue is comprised of a set-up fee and a flat administration fee ("Processing Fees) per raffle ticket sold by organizations. The Company realized set-up fees of $7,000 with the remaining revenue ($30,832) in processing fees. Processing fees are recognized once the raffle draw is complete and/or the organization has sold all available tickets.

The Company reported a comprehensive loss of $93,244 (($0.00) per share) during the six month period ended February 29, 2024 compared to a comprehensive loss of $77,631 (($0.00) per share) during the same six month period in the 2023 fiscal year.

Operational Update

The Company continues to look at opportunities to expand the geographical scope of the darelle.com platform. Opportunities include partnering with an industry competitor and/or reviewing possible joint ventures with third parties.

The Company also continues to seek opportunities to create shareholder value through strategic acquisitions and/or transactions.
