DARELLE ANNOUNCES ANNUAL FINANCIAL RESULTS

Darelle Online Solutions Inc. today provided an operational update and its annual financial results.

Annual financial results:

• The company generated revenue of $54,010 during the fiscal year ended Aug. 31, 2023, compared with $145,197 during the same period in 2022. The company generated revenue of $9,157 during the fourth quarter of the 2023 fiscal year, compared with revenue of $38,601 during the same three-month period of 2022.
• The company reported a comprehensive loss of $147,511 (nil per share), compared with $183,660 in the prior year (nil per share). The company realized a net loss of $39,874 (nil per share) during the fourth quarter of the 2023 fiscal year, compared with a comprehensive loss of $35,353 during the same three-month period of 2022.
