DARELLE ANNOUNCES FINANCIAL RESULTS
Darelle Online Solutions Inc. has released its interim financial and operational results
for the nine-month period ended May 31, 2023.
The full text of Darelle's second quarter financial results is contained in its unaudited
condensed interim consolidated financial statements for the nine-month period ended
May 31, 2023, and the related management's discussion and analysis, copies of which
are available electronically on Darelle's profile on the System for Electronic Document
Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) and also on Darelle's website.
Quarterly financial results:

The company generated revenue of $44,853 during the period compared with
$106,596 during the same nine-month period in 2022. Revenue comprises a
set-up fee and a flat administration fee per raffle ticket sold
by organizations. The company realized set-up fees of $7,250 with the remaining
revenue ($37,603) in processing fees. Processing fees are recognized once the
raffle draw is complete and/or the organization has sold all available tickets.

The company reported a comprehensive loss of $107,657 (zero cents per share)
during the nine-month period ended May 31, 2023, compared with a comprehensive
loss of $148,307 (zero cents per share) during the same nine-month period in the
2022 fiscal year.
