The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an exploration agreement dated Oct. 15, 2025, between the company and an arm's-length party, in connection with collaboration and co-operation to carry out exploration on the company's properties. As consideration, the agreement provides for the issuance of an aggregate of 100,000 common shares. The agreement also provides for the grant of 100,000 stock options in accordance with the company's stock option plan at an exercise price of six cents for a period of five years.
