(CSE: CYN) (the "Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr. Gadi Levin to the board of directors effective immediately. Mr. Gerald G. Carlson has resigned as a director to provide a vacancy for the appointment. The Company further announces the appointment of Mr. Alan Rootenberg as the Company's CFO. Mr. Sonny Chew has resigned as the CFO to provide a vacancy for the appointment.

Mr. Levin has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and a post graduate diploma in Accounting from the University of South Africa. He received his Chartered Accountant designation in South Africa and has an MBA from Bar Ilan University in Israel. Mr. Levin has over 15 years of experience working with public Canadian, US and multi-jurisdictional public companies. Mr. Levin currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director of several publicly listed companies in Canada, the US and the UK. Previously, Mr. Levin began his CPA career at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen, where he worked for nine years, specializing in U.S. listed companies involved in IPOs.

Mr. Rootenberg is a chartered professional accountant who has served as the Chief Financial Officer of a number of publicly traded companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, OTCBB and CSE. These companies include mineral exploration, mining, technology and companies in the cannabis industry. Mr. Rootenberg has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa and received his CPA designation in Ontario, Canada.
