CANYON CREEK SIGNS FIVE YEAR SUPPLY AGREEMENT

Canyon Creek Food Company Ltd. has entered a five-year supply agreement worth up to an aggregate $45-million with a subsidiary of an arm's-length international food company. The company is to provide a variety of sauces in retail and food service formats, and expects to begin production in March of 2026, with the full transition to be completed in June of this year.

Pursuant to the agreement, executed on Jan. 16, 2026, the company proposes to distribute approximately $9-million of product per year over the five-year term payable in cash. The agreement contains industry standard terms for a contract of this nature and is cancellable by either party prior to the end of the term on 270 days of notice with no initial retention payment. The customer's products are currently sold in a variety of retailers and food service outlets throughout North America.
