("AI Venturetech"), a New York-based consulting firm with an AI research lab specializing in AI, quantum computing and cybersecurity. Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective August 1, 2023 between the Company and AI Venturetech (the "Agreement"), AI Venturetech's engagement is for two and half months beginning August 01, 2023 (the "Term"). The Company will pay AI Venturetech an aggregate of $5,000 USD for the Term of the Agreement. The Agreement is subject to TSXV approval.
