CYBERCATCH ANNOUNCES ENGAGEMENT OF NEW
YORK CITY CONSULTANT WITH AI RESEARCH LAB
Cybercatch Holdings Inc. has entered into a consulting services agreement with AI Venturetech Inc., a New York-based consulting firm with an AI (artificial intelligence) research lab specializing in AI,
quantum computing and cybersecurity.
Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective Aug. 1, 2023, between the company and
AI Venturetech, AI Venturetech's engagement is for 2.5 months
beginning Aug. 1, 2023. AI Venturetech will profile the company in its AI research
lab and educate the business community about the company's AI-enabled cyber risk mitigation
solution and its value proposition. The company will pay AI Venturetech an aggregate of $5,000
(U.S.) for the term of the agreement. The agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
