CALIBRE TO PROVIDE AN UPDATE ON THE VALENTINE GOLD MINE AND HOST ITS FIRST QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 15, 2024

Calibre Mining Corp. will provide an update on its 100-per-cent-owned, fully financed Valentine gold mine located in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Valentine remains on track to reach production during the first half of 2025. In addition, the company will release its first quarter 2024 financial results on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, after market close, and management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results and yearly outlook on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 10 a.m. ET.
