The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Calibre Mining Corp. will list an additional 59.6 million shares at the open on April 16, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $1.68 per share, pursuant to the terms of the short form prospectus dated April 5, 2024.
