Pierre Lassonde Ownership in Calibre Mining Corp.

TORONTO, Sept. 24, 2014 /CNW/ -  Mr. Pierre Lassonde announced today that as a result of a Private Placement he now holds 25,000,000 units of Calibre Mining Corp. â€" each unit consists of one common share and one half common share purchase warrant.Â

Mr. Lassonde's current holdings represent approximately 11.83% of the current issued and outstanding common shares of the Company. Mr. Lassonde has further advised the Company that this acquisition is for investment purposes. He has indicated that he will review his holdings from time to time and that he may increase or decrease his position as future circumstances may dictate.
