BLACKROCK CANADA ANNOUNCES MARCH CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE ISHARES ETFS

BlackRock Asset Management Canada Ltd. has declared the March, 2024, cash distributions for the iShares exchange-traded funds listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange or Cboe Canada which pay on a monthly basis. Unitholders of record of a fund on March 25, 2024, will receive a cash distribution payable in respect of that fund on March 28, 2024.

Details regarding the per-unit distribution amounts are provided in an attached table.

BlackRock Canada expects to issue a press release on or about March 22, 2024, which will provide the final amount for iShares Premium Money Market.
