--->cement. Pursuant to the private placement the Company has raised $185,000 by the issuance of 925,000 shares at $0.20 p
--->er share. Proceeds are to be used for working capital.
The company paid cash finders' fees totalling $1,680.00 in connection with the private placement.
All the securities issued in connection with the private placement shall have a hold period of four months and a day a
--->nd cannot be resold until February 25, 2015.
The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange.
