THE CALDWELL PARTNERS INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF VOTE FOR ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

At The Caldwell Partners International Inc.'s annual meeting of shareholders on Feb. 13, 2024, there were 78 shareholders voting by proxy and in total, holding 14,297,161 voting common shares, representing 48.37 per cent of the total number of voting common shares outstanding.

Each of the directors listed as nominees in the management proxy circular dated Jan. 11, 2024, were elected directors of the corporation until the next annual meeting.

On behalf of the shareholders, the company thanks Paul Daoust for his 11 years of dedicated service, and the company welcomes Terry Grayson-Caprio as the compensation committee chair to the board.

The results of the vote for the election of directors and appointment of auditors are as shown in the attached table.
