Consolidated results
Revenues were $2,891,719 during the quarter ended May 31, 2014. Total assets amounted to $19,856,488 and total shareholders' equity was $13,924,934 at the quarter end. The Company reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of $2,155,325 ($0.04 per share) for the quarter ended May 31, 2014.
The Company is currently in discussions with certain related parties in respect of the provision of additional financing to the Company in support of its operations and has received expressions of interest in that regard. The Company will make further announcements upon any developments as they occur.
