CAVALRY CAPITAL CORP. AND HOME RUN OIL & GAS INC. TERMINATE PROPOSED BUSINESS COMBINATION

Cavalry Capital Corp. and Home Run Oil & Gas Inc. have terminated, by mutual agreement, the proposed business combination between the parties, intended to be Cavalry's qualifying transaction (as defined in the polices of the TSX Venture Exchange), originally announced by Cavalry in a press release dated April 21, 2023.

Cavalry's management will continue to evaluate other potential transactions in order to complete a qualifying transaction.
