CITY VIEW GREEN HOLDINGS INC. ISSUES LENDER BONUS SHARES

City View Green Holdings Inc., in conjunction with an extension of a $225,000 promissory note, has issued 500,000 shares to the lender. Pursuant to the terms of the promissory note, as extended, interest on the principal amount plus accrued interest will be calculated at 1 per cent per month and the maturity date is Dec. 31, 2023.

The issued shares are subject to a hold period expiring Sept. 2, 2023, in accordance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable securities laws.
