CLAIRVEST ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The following nominees listed in Clairvest Group Inc.'s management information circular were elected as directors of Clairvest at the company's annual general meeting held on Aug. 12, 2025, in Toronto, Ont., Canada.

Each of the directors was elected by a majority of the votes cast by the shareholders present or represented by proxy. The results of the vote are detailed below.
