VANCOUVER, March 18 /CNW/ - Curis Resources Ltd. ("Curis" or the
"Company") (TSXV: CUV) announces the grant of 105,000 stock options
under the Company's stock option plan to certain directors and
officers.
The options have been granted under the terms of the Company's stock
option plan with an exercise price of CDN$2.70 per share (based on the
closing price at the end of trading on March 17, 2011), a five year
term and vesting in three equal tranches: six, twelve and 18 months
after the date of grant.
