CULT FOOD SCIENCE APPOINTS NEW CFO

Cult Food Science Corp. has appointed Mitchell Jackman as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Mr. Jackson has been providing management and financial consulting to public issuers for over 10 years with extensive experience in varied management roles for entities across a variety of sizes, sectors and structures. Mr. Jackman is one of the founding partners of Cavalry Advisory Group, an accounting and advisory firm with a focus on financial reporting, compliance and strategic business assistance.

A chartered professional accountant and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Mr. Jackman has been instrumental in executing the strategic visions of companies through timely and accurate financial reporting, transactional guidance from going public and major corporate restructuring to investment opportunities, and ensuring compliance with all relevant authorities.

Mr. Jackson succeeds Steve Vanry, who resigned as CFO of the company on Dec. 3, 2025. The company thanks Mr. Vanry for all his contributions to the company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours.
