AFRICAN ENERGY METALS ANNOUNCES TERMINATION OF MALI ACQUISITION AGREEMENT

GoviEX Uranium Inc. has terminated the agreement with African Energy Metals Inc. for African Energy's acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of GoviEX's wholly owned Malian subsidiary, Delta Exploration Mali Sarl, which holds the Falea project in Mali.
