Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 12, 2026) - Centurion Minerals Ltd. (TSXV: CTN) ("Centurion", or the "Company") wishes to announce that further to its news release dated May 07 whereby it had agreed to settle $335,000 in debt, it has executed agreements with two (arms-length) consultants to settle $80,000 in outstanding debt. A total of $415,000 in debt is now proposed to be settled by issuing 5,533,333 common shares valued at $0.075 per share. The Company determined it prudent to satisfy the outstanding indebtedness with shares in order to preserve its cash for operations.
The shares for debt transactions are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
