CENTURION ANNOUNCES $300,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Centurion Minerals Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement financing for $300,000 priced at five cents per unit.

Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will be exercisable at 10 cents for one common share of the company for a period of three years from closing.

Financing proceeds are to be allocated for exploration, working capital and general corporate activities. Closing will be subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, and any shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
