The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised by Cotec Holdings Corp. that pursuant to a notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid dated Jan. 22, 2024, the company may repurchase for cancellation up to 3,011,325 common shares in its own capital stock. The purchases are to be made through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange or other recognized marketplaces during the period from Jan. 29, 2024, to Jan. 28, 2025. Purchases pursuant to the bid will be made by PI Financial Corp. on behalf of the company.
