CORPORATE UPDATE

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. has granted a total of seven million restricted share units (RSUs) pursuant to the company's equity incentive compensation plan.

Each RSU entitles the holder to one common share of the company on vesting. The RSUs will vest one year from the date of grant.

The RSUs have been awarded to a select group of long-standing employees, officers and advisers in recognition of their loyalty, dedication and significant contributions to Clean Seed. The majority of the recipients have been with the company for more than a decade and have played an important role in developing its technology, intellectual property and commercial opportunities.

These awards recognize both the contributions of these individuals to date and their continued commitment to Clean Seed's future. The recipients remain actively engaged with the company and are committed to seeing its vision brought to fruition and creating long-term value for shareholders.

An aggregate of two million RSUs have been issued to two officers of the company, with the remaining RSUs issued to other long-standing employees and advisers. The grants align the interests of these key individuals with those of Clean Seed's shareholders as the company moves into its next phase of growth.
