Further to the news release dated Oct. 31, 2025, Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. has closed shares-for-debt, loan extension and bonus warrant transactions disclosed therein. The 2,121,000 bonus warrants being issued as consideration for the loan extension are non-transferable and have been modified to be exercisable at a price of 25 cents per share until Oct. 31, 2026.
