CLEAN SEED EXPANDS RELATIONSHIP WITH LEADING GLOBAL OEM THROUGH ADDITIONAL WHITE LABEL MANUFACTURING AGREEMENT TO ENHANCE GLOBAL FARM SUPPORT

Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. has expanded its relationship with a multinational OEM (original equipment manufacturer), through the signing a secondary white-label manufacturing agreement.

This expansion provides Clean Seed with access to a broad range of fully warrantied, globally manufactured implements -- to be marketed under a Clean Seed brand. These offerings are designed to complement Clean Seed's Mini-Max precision seeding platform by providing a comprehensive range of support equipment that enhances crop production, particularly in regions facing challenging environmental or operational conditions.

By adding this complementary product stream, Clean Seed will be able to offer producers a cohesive, regionally relevant equipment package -- from cutting-edge precision technology to proven, dependable tools. This alignment supports the company's capital-light commercialization strategy, enabling scalable delivery across diverse agricultural markets without diverting focus from its core digital IP (intellectual property) platforms.
