The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue a total of 375,565 shares at a deemed price of 12 cents per share to settle outstanding debt for $45,067.80.

Number of creditors: three creditors

Aggregate non-arm's-length party involvement:  one creditor, $10,054.20 owed, 12 cents per share, 83,785 shares

Aggregate pro group involvement:  one creditor, $26,038.32 owed, 12 cents per share, 216,986 shares

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
