CASCADA ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

Cascada Silver Corp. has granted 5.46 million stock options, with 1.85 million options granted to directors and officers of Cascada and 3.61 million options granted to Cascada consultants. Each option entitles the holder to acquire one Cascada common share at an exercise price of seven cents until March 3, 2026.

Further, Cascada has engaged Research Capital Corp. (RCC) as a financial adviser to provide general capital markets services, including strategic corporate planning, market intelligence and general advisory services, for a term of one month. In consideration of its engagement, Cascada has agreed to issue to RCC 1.2 million common shares, subject to the approval of the Canadian Securities Exchange. The common shares issued to RCC will be subject to a statutory restriction period of four months and one day.
