CAPSTREAM ANNOUNCES PASSING OF DIRECTOR  AND APPOINTS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Vancouver, British Columbia - Capstream Ventures Inc. ("Capstream" or the "Company") announces today that Robert McPha
--->il, a director and prior officer of the Company, passed away on September 21, 2014.
Robert McPhail served on the Company's board of directors since inception and also served as the Chief Financial Offic
--->er until he could no longer fulfil such role. 
Robert Thast, CEO of the Company, stated: "We are deeply saddened to announce Robert McPhail's passing. Robert was a w
--->onderful supporter and friend. He will be greatly missed. In his role as a director and an executive officer, his weal
--->th of knowledge and expertise and his sage advice and guidance made a valuable contribution to the Company. The direct
--->ors and management of the Company extend their heartfelt condolences to Robert's family during this difficult time."
The Company also announces the appointment of Jody Bellefleur as Chief Financial Officer effective October 1, 2014.
