CRUZ BATTERY METALS APPROVES ALL MATTERS AT AGM
All matters contemplated at the annual general meeting held on June 25, 2025, were approved by Cruz Battery Metals Corp. shareholders.
James Nelson, president of Cruz, stated: "Although the company has been relatively inactive over the past year, we want to make sure our shareholders know that we expect the second half of 2025 to be more active, and strategic initiatives are under way to increase shareholder value. Management also confirms there are no plans to consolidate the shares of company."
