CRESTVIEW EXPLORATION ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF LOUIS LAPOINTE

Crestview Exploration Inc.'s Louis Lapointe has resigned from the Crestview board of directors to pursue and focus on his other endeavours. Mr. Lapointe's resignation is effective as of Nov. 30, 2023.

From the very beginning, Mr. Lapointe has been an engaged and conscientious director who consistently gave thoughtful and timely input, advice and feedback on all matters before the board. He is a valuable asset to any organization and it is with gratitude and appreciation that we say good bye and wish Louis every success in his new pursuits.
