PURPOSE INVESTMENTS INC. ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2023 DISTRIBUTIONS

Purpose Investments Inc. has declared distributions for the month of October, 2023, for its open-end exchange-traded funds and closed-end funds.

The ex distribution date for all ETFs is Oct. 26, 2023, with the exceptions of Purpose Bitcoin Yield ETF and Purpose Ether Yield ETF, which will have an ex distribution date of Oct. 27, 2023, as well as Purpose High Interest Savings Fund, Purpose U.S. Cash Fund, Purpose Cash Management Fund and Purpose USD Cash Management Fund, which have an ex distribution date of Oct. 30, 2023. The ex distribution date for all closed-end funds is Oct. 30, 2023.

The October, 2023, distribution rates for Purpose High Interest Savings, Purpose U.S. Cash, Purpose Cash Management and Purpose USD Cash Management are estimated in an attached table.

Purpose expects to issue a press release on or about Oct. 27, 2023, which will provide the final distribution rates for Purpose High Interest Savings, Purpose U.S. Cash, Purpose Cash Management and Purpose USD Cash Management. The ex distribution date will be Oct. 28, 2023.
