VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESS Newswire / September 8, 2025 / Supreme Critical Metals Inc. (CSE:CRIT)(FWB:VR6)(OTC PINK:VRCFF) ("Supreme" or the "Company") is pleased to report that it filed its interim unaudited financial statements, interim management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for the three-month period ended May 31, 2025 (collectively, the "Interim Filings") on September 4, 2025.
The Company's principal regulator, the British Columbia Securities Commission ("BCSC"), granted a Management Cease Trade Order ("MCTO") on July 2, 2025 in conjunction with the Company's late filing of its annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis and related certifications for the financial year ended February 28, 2025 (collectively, the "Required Filings") under National Policy 12-203 Management Cease Trade Orders ("NP 12-203"). As a result of circumstances reasonably linked to the Company's delay in filing the Required Filings, the Company did not meet the deadline for filing its Interim Filings by July 30, 2025. The Required Filings were filed on August 28, 2025, and the BCSC revoked the MCTO on September 5, 2025.
The Company's management will continue to cease in trading of the Company's securities until two full business days has passed following receipt by the BCSC of all filings the Company is required to make under securities laws, or further order of the Executive Director.
